Black Forest ham, or Schwarzwlder Schinken in German, is a variety of dry-cured smoked ham, produced in the Black Forest region of Germany. Ham is the thigh and rump from the haunch of a pig or boar.
Ingredients: Port, salt, sugar, sodium, phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate, natural smoke. Please note: all products from Mark's Fine Meats are freshly frozen on the day of processing. The expiration date on the packaging indicates the shelf life if the product is fresh only. Frozen meats should be consumed within 3-4 months of freezing. Once defrosted, please consume within 5 days.
