Sausages, Lean Maple Breakfast (Organic) - Approx. 350g


Ingredients: Organic Pork, Organic Pepper, Organic Paprika, Organic Garlic, Organic Maple Syrup, Salt. Great in your weekend fry-up or sliced onto a mid week sandwich! For those that like a little bit of sweet with their savoury.

Please note: all products from Mark's Fine Meats are freshly frozen on the day of processing. The expiration date on the packaging indicates the shelf life if the product is fresh only. Frozen meats should be consumed within 3-4 months of freezing. Once defrosted, please consume within 48 hours.

Cooking Instructions
For breakfast sausages, the cooking time can vary depending on the method used:
  • Pan-frying: Place the sausages in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook them for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently until they're evenly browned and cooked through.
  • Baking: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time, until golden and cooked through.
  • Grilling: Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Grill the sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they're evenly cooked and have nice grill marks.
  • Microwaving: Although not the recommended method for best flavor and texture, you can microwave the sausages. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a paper towel, and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until heated through and cooked internally.
  • Make sure the sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) to ensure they are fully cooked. These cooking times should be considered guidelines; factors like sausage thickness and specific appliance characteristics can affect actual cooking times.
