Our pork comes from two breeds Tamworth and Berkshire. Our sows farrow outside in the warmer weather and in the winter in a "warm room". Our pigs have outdoor access all year round and are a vital part of our farm. They work up our garden areas, they help (along with our dogs) to keep predators off our property just because of their territorial presence."
