Frozen Item: This is a frozen item and will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag with an ice pack. We ask that you please return these items in your following order to help us limit our waste impact.
Cooking Directions:

Start by removing the ground buffalo from the refrigerator and allowing it to come to room temperature for about 15 minutes. This helps it cook more evenly.

Season the ground buffalo with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can add other seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, or chili powder to enhance flavor. Season according to your personal preference.
- Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. You can also use a non-stick skillet for easier cleanup. Once the pan is hot, add the ground buffalo. Use a spatula to break it up into smaller pieces for even cooking. Cook the ground buffalo, stirring occasionally, until it browns evenly. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
- You can let the cooked ground buffalo rest for a few minutes before serving if you prefer. Resting allows the juices to redistribute and can result in a juicier dish.
