How to Switch Your Recurring Organic Boxes
Let’s say you are currently getting a Standard Local Box delivered to you each week and you want to switch to a different weekly organic box like, for example, a Family Local Box. This post is going to show you how to quickly switch from one weekly box to another. First, we are going to show you how to check what current recurring items you have for our account, then we will show you how to add a new recurring organic box, and lastly, we will show you how to remove your old recurring organic box. First, to see your current recurring items, head over to My Account. Click the Menu icon.
Then click My Account.
Once in your Account, click the Recurring Orders button.
This is the section where you can see what items you currently have set to recurring. You will see your delivery and auto order preferences. Scroll down to see the recurring orders section.
Here, you will see your current recurring items. In this example, we can see that we currently have a Standard Local Box set on weekly recurring.
That is how you check your current recurring items. Now we are going to show you how to add a new recurring organic box (or any recurring item) to your account. We will show you how to remove the other box afterwards. You can get to the organic box section by clicking the Shop icon.
This will open the shop menu. You can see that in the screenshot below.
Then, we will click the Organic Boxes section to see all the organic box options.
Here are all of the organic box options.
In this example, we want to increase the amount of organic produce we receive each week. We’re going to add a Family Local Box as a recurring item. Click the Add Recurring button under the quantity.
Success! You’ve now added a new organic box as a recurring item. The recurring item options will then appear. Here (if you so wish) you can increase the quantity of boxes per week, the frequency in which you want to receive the item, and the start date for your recurring item.
We have now successful added a new recurring item. Next, we are going to go back to the Recurring Orders screen to see all of our recurring items (and to remove the old recurring box). Click View Recurring Order Schedule at the top of the recurring options.
Now, when you view your recurring items, you will see both your original Standard Local Box and your new Family Local Box under your recurring orders. However, unless you’re looking to get both organic boxes delivered, you’ll want to remove the recurring box that you no longer need. To do this, just click Edit beside the item to be removed.
The recurring item options screen for that item to be removed will then appear. From here, just click Remove.
Once you click Remove, you will see a notification that says Recurring Product Removed,
