Join the staff at OTMO and The Root Cellar for our first ever pay-what-you-can Farm to Fork Dinner series. On the third Tuesday of each month, we’ll be serving a 3-course community meal featuring the bounty of one small, local & organic farm. We’re inviting our staff, our community, and the farmers we work with to sit down together to enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Dani Murphy & The Root Cellar kitchen staff. After the meal, the farmers will share stories of their experience with small-scale sustainable agriculture. Let’s get to know each other, and get to know our farmers!
Seats must be reserved in advance (we’re offering a pay-what-you-can price, with a suggested minimum of $30 for a 3-course meal and $10 for a kid’s meal). Email Ellie at email@example.com for more information, or to save seats for you and your family!
The first Farm to Fork dinner on Tuesday, July 15 will feature the food and stories of John Wilson and Christine Scheer of Dolway Organic Garden.
