Leek (ON) - each (or bunch if small)
A cold hardy crop, leeks have a mild onion flavour and are a highly prized addition to many soups. Their flavour really shines through, however, when grilled or roasted in whole halves. A word of advice when cleaning, cut off the root and then cut in half. Run each half under running water while spreading the layers with your fingers to remove any dirt trapped inside.
