Grapes, Flame Seedless - Approx 2lb
Table grapes tend to have thinner skins and lower sugar contents than their wine making relatives. They make a great between meals snack and are ever popular with children. Red grapes are just that, red.
Add them to salads a la Waldorf, toss them in smoothies, or freeze them on a baking sheet for an intriguing snack.
Store them in the fridge unless you plan on consuming them all at once or they could begin to ferment on your counter!
If you notice a powdery white coating on the surface, fear not. Your grapes aren’t dusty nor moldy, but covered in beneficial “bloom”, a naturally occurring coating on grapes that protect them from moisture loss.
