On the Move Organics, ”Chicken little” ½ Thai style grilled chicken
This dish is delightful! It's wonderfully tangy Thai spicing has been exclusively created for On the Move Organics by The Root Cellar's Executive Chef Paul Harding.
Serves 2-4 with a side
Thaw overnight in fridge.
Take out of package, place on plate and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before grilling.
Preheat grill to 350 f.
Set ½ chicken skin side down on off side of grill. Cover with lid and cook skin side down for 30 - 45 minutes until skin is golden brown and crispy and cooked through.
Let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!
Ingredients: bone in chicken, marinade(coconut milk, fresh chilies, yogurt, cilantro, garlic, ginger, tamari, lime juice, sunflower oil, spices)
