On The Move Organics, “Giant” Vegan Enchilada, Serves: 1-2
A Fan favourite at The Root Cellar. You won’t believe it's vegan!!!
1) Preheat oven to 400 f.
2) Remove avocado and vegan garlic cream from inside container and let sauces thaw at room temperature.
3) Place cover back on and bake enchilada from frozen for 40 minutes.
4) Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes.
5) Enjoy with avocado and vegan garlic dipping sauce.
Ingredients: long grain rice, tofu, turtle beans, spinach wrap, tomato sauce(tomato, onion, garlic, smoked paprika) vegan garlic cream(sunflower oil, soy milk, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper) avocado and cilantro.
Baked from frozen. Comes with side avocado purée and vegan garlic cream.
