The gents of LBC will join us for two evenings in November for a craft beer-inspired 3-course meal, samplings, and a chat about what makes this tiny, worker-owned & seasonally-driven brewery different! From the article: “At The Root Cellar, it is about promoting local organic food. Beer is food, it is an agricultural product, and when we looked around, we didn’t see any local organic beers [...] We haven’t always brewed with these ingredients, but it became part of our philosophy, to produce a beer that patrons of The Root Cellar are going to appreciate.”
WHAT: Farm to Fork Dinner: The People's Pint Edition (Continuing our community dinner series, London Brewing Co-op will join us for 2 evenings as our featured producer. Chef Dani will prepare a beer-inspired 3-course meal, and the LBC will share stories of small-scale sustainable brewing. Samples are included!)
WHEN: We'll be holding two dinners: Wednesday, November 12th, and Thursday, November 27th. Both dinners will begin at 6pm (doors at 5.30).
COST: Tickets are $50, and include a 3-course meal and a flight of beers. Tickets can be purchased at The Root Cellar (623 Dundas) or over the phone with a credit card (call us at 519-719-7675). Tickets must be purchased ahead of time.
