Chard - 1 Bunch
Chard, a beet relative, is rich in minerals, dietary fibre and protein. It is a valuable source of vitamin A, K and C and rich in Iron.
Chard is almost as quick cooking as spinach. It may be steamed, sauteed, or braised or it can be added to soups, stews and casseroles. Seperate the leaves from the stalk to acheieve differing cooking results.
