Bok Choy -1 Large Heads
A classic vegetable for stir-frying, bok choy is crisp with a slight mustard flavour. Mostly, it just plain tastes green!
When cooking, cut the white stalks a bit finer than than the leave green tips and cook them for a bit longer. Add bok choy towards the end of the cooking, whether it be in a stirfry or a soup, as it cooks very quickly (under a minute generally).
